How to Order:
Ordering from Gonzostore.com™ is fast, convenient and most importantly, secure. As you browse through our website and see which product(s) you wish to purchase, simply follow the easy instructions onscreen. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Sales Tax:
All orders will be charged the appropriate state sales tax, based on the shipping address. Orders shipped to the state of Colorado will incur a 2.9 % sales tax. Orders shipped to Pitkin County in Colorado will instead incur a 6.9 % sales tax. The applicable sales tax charges will be listed during the shopping cart checkout process.

Payment Options:
GonzoStore.com ™ currently accepts various methods of payments. Online by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover or Paypal Account, or if you would like to pay by mail you can use a money order or check . Please contact our Customer Service department by email gonzowear@gmail.com and one of our customer service representatives will gladly help you calculate your order total.
Paypal is a third party billing service that allows customers to pay via credit card, checking account and with Paypal credit. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. However, if use a credit card already linked to an existing Paypal account, Paypal requires that you use their service.

Shipping Fees:
Gonzostore.com™ ships using the United States Postal Service (Tracked First Class). Orders are shipped directly from Woody Creek, Colorado. Shipping & Handling fees to the USA are calculated at $6.95 base + $1 per item ($0.25 per sticker). Due to higher shipping costs for our Denim Jackets, Jackets count as 4 items in respect to shipping calculations. International orders are calculated at a flat $25 to anywhere in the world.

Duty and customs clearance charges—in the country of final destination—are the customer’s responsibility.

Your item will be shipped within 10 to 14 business days of your payment.

All international orders ship by USPS Parcel Post (4-6 week delivery) for a flat fee of $25.

For information on shipping costs on orders totaling $300 or more — shipped to only one location — please call customer service at gonzowear@gmail.com.

Billing Policy:
Once we receive your order and we have verified payment on your credit card, we will ship your product(s) during our next shipping cycle (usually within 10 to 14 business days). Delays can occur; however, we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all orders. If we are unable to ship your order within 14 business days days from verifying payment, we will send you a delay notification explaining the cause of delay and indicate the newly proposed ship date.
